1.1 These terms and conditions shall govern the sale and purchase of products through our website www.sweettreatscakery.co.uk .
1.2 You will be asked to give your express agreement to these terms and conditions before you place an order on our website. Should you go ahead and place your order, it will be assumed that you agree to this document in its entirety.
2.1 In these terms and conditions:

(b) "you", “your” means our customer or prospective

3. Accessibility, Availability & Order Process
3.1 The advertising of products on our website constitutes an "invitation to treat" rather than a contractual offer.
3.2 Our services are available only to, and may only be used by individuals who can be legally bound by contracts under the applicable law. Each user of the website must have a valid credit or debit card (see acceptable types listed on our website) and a valid e-mail address for contact purposes.
3.3 To place any order through our website, the following steps must be taken:
(a) you must add the products you wish to purchase to your shopping cart, and then proceed to the checkout;
(b) if you are a new customer, you can then create an account with us and log in, or check out as a guest. If you are an existing customer, you must enter your login details;
(c) you must then enter your delivery and billing information, confirm your consent to the terms and conditions laid out in this document, and place your order;
4. Products, Allergies & Liability
4.1 A Selection of pre-prepared “Treat Boxes” (inclusive of Brownies, Blondies, Biscuits, Cookies, Cake Slices and more), and Brownie Trays are available for purchase on www.sweettreatscakery.co.uk
4.2 Enquiries can be made for celebration cakes via firstname.lastname@example.org where all details will be discussed and then an invoiced will be sent out separately for payments once an agreement has been reached.
4.3 We may periodically change or add to the products available on our website, and we do not undertake to continue to supply any particular product or type of product.
4.4 The images of our products on our site are for illustrative purposes only. Your product and their packaging may vary slightly from these images.
4.5 Our cakes contain gluten, wheat, dairy and eggs (unless stated otherwise); any dietary requirements must be discussed with us prior to completing and paying for any order.
4.6 Our cakes are made in a premise where nuts and other allergens are present. Although we do our best to prevent cross contamination, we cannot make any guarantees, and therefore our cakes may be unsuitable for those suffering with severe allergies.
4.7 We will not be liable for any orders placed prior to confirming that personal requirements can be met.
4.8 We will not be liable for customers who experience any allergic reactions from our products.
4.9 We will not be liable for any losses caused by you if you have not followed the terms and conditions as laid out in this document.
5. Fees & Payments
5.1 Our prices are quoted on our website in Pound Sterling.
5.2 We will from time to time change the prices quoted on our website, but this will not affect contracts that have previously come into force.
5.3 In addition to the price of the products, you will have to pay a delivery charge, which will be detailed prior to the final completion phase of any order made on our website.
5.4 Payments may be made by any of the permitted methods specified on our website.
5.5 You must pay the full price of the products in your basket, and until doing so, your order will not be processed.
6.1 We will arrange for the products you purchase to be delivered to the delivery address specified by you during the checkout process.
6.2 If you make an error in the details that you provided at checkout, please contact us at email@example.com straight away, and where possible we will amend this on your order, if it has not yet been dispatched.
6.3 We will use reasonable endeavours to deliver your products on the date for delivery set out in the order confirmation; however, we do not guarantee delivery by this date.
6.4 We cannot accept liability for orders that you opt to send via an untracked or unsigned for delivery service.
6.5 We will only deliver products to addresses in England.
7. Warranties & Representations
7.1 You warrant and represent to us that:
(a) you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts;
(b) you have full authority, power and capacity to agree to these terms and conditions;
(c) all the information that you provide to us in connection with your order is true, accurate, complete and non-misleading; and
(d) you will be able to take delivery of the products in accordance with these terms and conditions.
7.2 You acknowledge and agree that this website is being provided “as is”, and therefore you will not have any plea, claim or demand against Sweet Treats Cakery in respect of abilities and limitations.
8.1 Sweet Treats Cakery does not knowingly collect your personal information without your consent. To place an order, you will be asked to provide personal and payment information to enable us to complete your order.
8.2 We will use the information you provide to ensure a smooth transaction with us. This means that we may use your personal information to contact you regarding your order, and to provide you with updates and notifications throughout your order process to keep you well informed.
8.3 If you have provided prior consent, we may contact you with marketing information about new products and services we offer.

9.1 We may cancel any order under these terms and conditions which has not been paid in full at the time the order is processed.
9.2 We may cancel a contract under these terms and conditions by written notice to you if we are prevented from fulfilling that contract by any event beyond our reasonable control, including without limitation any unavailability of raw materials, components or products, or any power failure, industrial dispute affecting any third party, governmental regulations, fire, flood, disaster, riot, terrorist attack or war.
9.3 Should we cancel your order
(a) at the fault of you not following the terms and conditions set out in this document, we will not be responsible for any losses; and
(b) if due to unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to use our discretion in regards to any refunds.
